At Game Changer Intensive, we are committed to providing high-quality courses, counselling, mentoring services, and digital products. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to request a refund. Please carefully review our refund policy below, which covers online courses, ebooks, digital downloads, in-person courses, and mentoring services.

1. Online Courses, Ebooks, and Digital Downloads

Once you have purchased or downloaded an online course, ebook, or other digital downloads, we do not offer refunds due to the nature of these products. Digital goods cannot be returned, and access is granted immediately upon purchase.

However, if there is an issue with the product, such as technical difficulties or if the product does not match its description, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. In such cases, we may offer a refund, exchange, or a credit, depending on the nature of the issue.

2. In-Person Courses, Workshops, and Events

For in-person courses, workshops, and events:

Cancellation by You: If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before the event, you are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation by You (Less Than 14 Days): If you cancel within 14 days of the event, you may not be eligible for a refund unless we can fill your spot. In this case, we will refund you the full amount minus a 20% administrative fee.
Non-Attendance: If you do not attend the event and have not cancelled your booking according to the terms above, no refund will be provided.

3. Counselling and Mentoring Sessions

For counselling or mentoring sessions, the following conditions apply:

Rescheduling or Cancellation by You: If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, no charge will be made, and you may reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
Cancellation with Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your session, you will be charged the full session fee.
Failure to Attend: If you miss your session without prior notice or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full session fee.

4. Requesting a Refund

Your full name
Order or booking reference number
The reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to all refund inquiries within 7 business days.

5. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update our Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy on this page and revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of the policy. Continued use of our services or purchases made after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
